NBA公布2024至2025年度最佳防守陣容。早前獲頒本年度最佳防守球員的Evan Mobley獲得100名傳媒中的99張票數，第二次入選「最佳防守陣容一隊」。他上一次入選一隊是在2022-23賽季。
Draymond Green第五度入選「最佳防守陣容一隊」，兼生涯第九次入選最佳防守陣容。至於Dyson Daniels、Luguentz Dort和Amen Thompson則首次入選「最佳防守陣容一隊」。
「最佳防守陣容二隊」方面，包括有去屆最佳防守球員的Rudy Gobert和另一防守猛將Jaren Jackson Jr.，二人均首次入選二隊。前者已生涯累計第八次入選最佳防守陣容，後者則職業生涯第三次。其餘三位是Toumani Camara、Jalen Williams和Ivica Zubac，三人首次入選最佳防守陣容。
Luguentz Dort及Jalen Williams獲選最佳防守陣容，是今季唯一一支球隊擁有兩名球員入選最佳防守陣容。
